Question Computer no powering on

i have been having the same issue, I have also replaced the mobo and proc so they are completly new, the psu had an rma done and it was even upgraded to the next model (semi mod to full mod) and I still have the same issue.
All the connections are connected properly, I tried multipul cords and same result. I also did try ONLY Motherboard + CPU + 1 RAM DIMM + PSU and same result. I am at a loss and do not know what to do..........Please help i have been attempting this for a year and am at the end of my rope here.

I have the following:
Asus ROG strix B450 mobo
ryzen 5 2600 CPU
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C15 Ram
Asus ROG Strix RX480 8GB GPU
Coolermaster 7500 full Mod PSU

Are the wires to the front panel properly connected to mobo?

Can you check if the power switch on the cabinet actually works? You typically need a multimeter/ohmmeter to do this.
