Every 20 minutes or so my computer emits a fairly loud electrical buzz lasting 2 or 3 seconds.I've tried a different monitor, different speakers and still haven't been able to figure this problem out.VERY annoying and I'd sure appreciate any help.

Usually the loud electrical buzz comes from your speakers. Have you tried not putting in your speakers? Does it still emit that sound if you have no speakers attached?

I haven't tried it without speakers although I have switched the regular ones out for another older pair I had packed away and they were fine for awhile and then began displaying the same problem. Should I try it with NO speakers?

Yes try it without the speakers. Sometimes your speakers will play some background static picked up by your computer.
