Hi there!
I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to computers, but I really enjoy PC gaming and play the most graphic intensive games out there. I bought a top end Alienware area 51 back in 2011, and it has been a fantastic computer. However, even after upgrading to a NVIDIA 970 graphics card last year, my hardrive and processor is bottle necking my graphics, especially for the current gen-games.
So, I am thinking it is time to get a new PC. This time around, I was thinking about getting a Digital Storm Aventum II (better) config, with an upgrade to the liquid cooling and fan system. It comes with dual Titan X graphics cards, which I heard is really only practical if I am going for a 4k system/monitor. After doing a lot of research, it looks like going the 4k route is not the best idea given the costs and monitor complications/compatibility.
I am wondering...is this a good system for the price $6200 (see specs below)? Am I going overboard by getting the two Titan x options? At the end of the day, I really want a top of the line computer that will run everything at max for years to come. I would appreciate honest and helpful feedback! Thank you.
