Question Computer not booting up - "Attempted too boot from UEFI"?

i am trying too go into my pc and this screen keeps coming up , i don't know what any of it means but i'm trying too do what it tells me but i just can't seem to get into the bios - i've tried all buttons

picture : i don't know how too put pictures on here on a phone but i'll write exactly what it says

Attempted to boot UEFI Volume from Legacy Mode
To Boot the UEFI Volume Automatically, rather than via F12:
Press any key to reboot the machine
Enter BIOS setup, in the boot sequence page
Change the Boot List Option setting from Legacy to UEFI
Save changes and exit

Also make sure your OS drive is number one in the boot sequence.

i can not get into my bios menu for some reason

i've literally tried all buttons it just doesn't work
