I am building a new pc and my pc is booting perfectly fine without my graphics card but when it is in the computer dose not go to the motherboards booting screen. All fans are running and all LEDs are on. The graphics card does not need power from the power supply and when I have the graphics card in I sm using the HDMI from there.

Solution
This could possibly be because of the power supply. Or the 1050 Ti could be broken. Like the HDMI port or what ever port you are using. I would suggest it would be your power supply.
