Computer not booting

My computer stopped being able to boot yesterday. When I press the power button, it doesn't power on my pc. None of the fans start spinning, nothing is displayed on my monitor either. When I turn my psu on my USB wifi adapters led light lights up and so does my USB hard drive, but my pc does not start up. I got it to start up once but after that it wouldn't boot again. I did install a new gpu yesterday, and that's when the problem started, so I took it out, and it still won't boot. My specs are:

Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-H motherboard
AMD A6 7400k CPU
300GB SATA Hard drive
EVGA 500W Psu
AMD Radeon RX 550 gpu
8GB HyperX fury ddr3 RAM

Try testing the power supply: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5FWXgQSokF4
See if a fan connected to it does spin.
Try also clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for a minute).
