Computer Not Loading Windows

Hi, I built this computer last year and it has worked fine until yesterday. It started when the mouse port suddenly quit working so I plugged it into a different USB port. Next the internet was not working so I went into device manager and the network adapter (realtek family) was not there. So I figured if I unplugged everything for the night, plug it back in in the morning it all might work. Well, now when I try to start the computer, it won't load into windows and for some reason there is a 1" wide white line running vertically on the left side of the screen from top to bottom.

Should I try unplugging everything and removing the battery from the Mobo? Is the motherboard bad? Possible bad power supply?

It's a ryzen 8core with Msi b350 tomahawk board.

Thanks for any help

I ordered the Asus rog strix b350 board as a replacement. I tried starting the computer back up today with the old Mobo and it booted up just fine but still no adapter showing. Is this board salvageable?

Motherboards are not user serviceable without a LOT of experience, or an EE degree. It should be fairly new. Warranty it or return it.
