Any help with this issue is greatly appreciated. Just recently in the past few days my computer has had POSTing issues. When it does POST it boots up and runs normally. It has been no problem minus a few small things on day one. I've had it for a little less than year and this is the first time I've encountered this issue. When the computer doesn't post, the VRAM light stays on solid. A couple times after I've tried some troubleshooting, the CPU light stayed on after a failed POST.

Here's what I've tried but still getting the issue: Running one stick of Ram, (I have two) then the other. I made sure they were in the correct spot.
Using a completely different Ram stick

Reseating power cables for the motherboard, CPU, GPU, and reseating CPU fan.

Reseating GPU entirely.

Clearing CMOS, taking out the CMOS Battery completely and putting it back in. (Note: I had previously updated the Bios about 6 months ago to the newest version)

Swapping to a completely different power supply cables and all.

Any advice on what to do next would be super helpful. Thank you.

Here's my specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3900x
GPU: 2080 super. Gigabyte Windforce (3 fans)
Motherboard: Asus TUF Gaming x570 Plus Wifi
PSU: Corsair RMx 850 Gold
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 2x16 3600
Storage: Corsair MP600 M.2 2tb, Samsung 860 QVO 1tb, Samsung 860 QVO 2tb
OS: Windows 10 on the MP600

Thanks so much for your insight. Just want to confirm I'm doing this correctly. So what I need to do is download the BIOS version 4204 for my specific board from the ASUS website. Put the CAP file on my USB. Insert the USB and power on the system. Will it automatically start recovering the BIOS or is there something I need to do to trigger that?
