Question Computer not posting

I recently purchased two builds (exact same parts) and when assembled and attempting to boot, the computers give a memory error (I've switched it with known working ram and still doesnt work and the "BAD" ram works 100% fine in other systems) and I have also replaced other parts (CPU, Power Supply, etc.) With no luck. The error is the exact safe for every switch on both systems

My parts:

GIGABYTE B450M DS3H
16GB Corsair Vengeance RAM
Rosewill HIVE 550S
1tb Baracuda HDD
RYZEN 2700X.

Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.

Is there an error code ?
Just try popping the cmos battery out for a minute and putting it back in .

The Motherboard keeps beeping with a memory error even after resetting RAM and I just tried the cmos reset with no luck.
