Computer not running how it should

Hey guys,

I get a lot of lag in the city in GTA V and sometimes in Fortnite on High (GTA settings are also on high) and they are both installed on my SSD. Here are my specs:

GPU: ASUS 1070 DUAL 8GB
CPU: Intel i5 - 6402P
RAM: G Skill 8GB
SSD: 240GB

Anyone know why it runs bad a lot?

What the cpu/gpu temp and usage during the games?
What is the make and model of the PSU?

CPU temp is at 47 C and GPU temp is at 53 C The power supply is 750 watts but I'm not sure what the make of it is because I'd have to rip the PC apart.

that temp is low for gaming, what usage?

Oops, thought I already posted my answer. CPU usage on GTA with high settings was 86% and GPU was 32 - 56%
