Computer not running Well

I recently had to replace a faulty hard drive and now am using an SSD and Hard Drive combination. This shouldnt affect how my games run, yet for some reason my games are all running at fairly low rates and I am curious as to why.

CPU: AMD A10-6700 APU
RAM: 16GB
GPU: GTX 750Ti
Windows 7

I am concerned that my drivers may not be up to date but I cant figure out how to check everything. If anyone has any suggestions I would be greatly appreciative.

SSD"s dont like to be full.did the games run well before,game performamce didnt get impact it on SSD or HHD it just loads maps faster no gain in fps.can be low RPM hard drive if the games have low rates.

They ran about 120fps on average but now they often fall down to around 60-70.

I reinstalled only about 4 of the games, the OS is on the SSD and the HDD is WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 7200 RPM SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch
