Computer not showing video

I have a sapphire radeon 7850, when I tried to turn it on today after school the regular sounds began. But my monitor said there was no signal. I checked the video cad and the fans were going, same with my cpu, and i could tell my hard drive was on based on the vibrations i felt from it. I tried moving my graphics card to a new pci port, that didnt change anything. I did notice that the lights on my keyboard turned off after a few seconds of booting the computer on. Any advice would be appreciated.

Something with the pci-e cables? Dont think its dead because its getting power to the fans. Could have been a bad dvi cable? I would try another video cable an if that doesnt work a different monitor

The monitor isnt the issue but i am unable to check if its the dvi because i cant find my vga to dvi adapter
