Computer not starting(the fans not spinning)

Hello

When i was playing on my computer randomly my screen when black and i could't do anything, so when i shut it down and start the computer again nothing happen, the cpu fan, graphic fan and the other fans were not running the only one who was running was the PSU.
I know the CPU fan work since i tried with a working cpu fan and it is still like that.

I tried pulling PSU pin (the big one here is a picture of the pin http://) and put it back and my computer did start again but that was only temporarily and the screen got black again.

I suspect either the PSU or motherboard but im not sure, want some opinion from other people since i dont know much about computer component.

Motherboard: ASUS Z87-A
RAM: 2 x 4 GB Corsair VENGEACELP
Graphic card: ASUS Geforce GTX 670

Hi,

first thing to do is to test with a known working psu.
If the computer power on but nothing onscreen, get the ram out and try to boot: you should hear beeps and this means cpu / mobo / psu are fine.
If no beeps: = motherboard problems

Thanks for the answer
Since i dont have a spare PSU to try, so i did remove my RAM and boot my computer i did not get a beep sound but my computer start to run fine since i did the thing where i remove the PSU pin and put it back in and the computer works. Does that still mean my motherboard have problems??? or should i judge before i try with a new PSU ??
