Computer not using all it's vram

I've read threads with similar cases but none like mine.
My laptop is an MSI GL63 8RC
Intel (R) Core (TM) i7 - 8750H CPU, 2.20 GHz
24GB (23.8 usable)
Nvidia GeoForce GTX 1050
The problem I have is my vram is really low. The game I play the most is overwatch and it runs it at 240MB

Thats the intel graphics, in games you should be using the 1050.

I dunno how to change it since that's set as default.
