Question Computer not woeking anymore

So Yesterday I was playing Fortnite and suddenly a white screen appeared and it crashed. The computer restarted on a different resolution and what appears to be a different language
It does not load windows and is stuck in a continuous restart cycle
I tried refreshing but it did not work
