Question Computer Not Working After CMOS Reset

Hello, I’m in dire need of help. My computer won’t boot after resetting CMOS. When I turn on the power, the fans start running as well as the CPU but my monitor doesn’t respond to anything. My GPU doesn’t run, too, so I took that out and plugged my monitor into the onboard VGA socket but it still doesn’t work. I’m ready to throw this crap out of the window this is so frustrating. Any help would be nice. Thanks in advance.

GPU: Nvidia can’t remember the model

Yeah, my computer is kind of old but it was working great.
