Computer Not Working After Multiple Power Outages

My computer witnessed about 8 continuous power outages, each about 5 minutes apart from each other. They were quick, only about 5 seconds long before the power came back on. Every outage, my computer would turn back on no problem, except after one of the last ones, I booted the computer and again and right when it was about to boot, it went out again. Once it came back on, the computer now boots to the Asus motherboard screen, like it should, but it doesn't let me enter the bios and it also doesn't load windows 10 like it used to. I tried seeing if it was the ram by taking one of 2 out and seeing if the other worked. Maybe both are blown but I can't test that. I took out the motherboard battery as well to try to reset the bios but that did not work either. The specs are an Intel i5 4460, an Asus Z97 P motherboard, R9 270x graphics, a Corsair CX 500 power supply, and I have a SanDisk SSD and a Seagate 1tb 5400 drive as well. Any thoughts on what the issue may be? And if I do get the problem resolved, whether through new parts, etc. I'm looking to sell the PC so if any of you guys are interested as well, or know someone, feel free to message me. Thanks and hopefully I can get this problem fixed!

How long did you leave the battery out? Generally you need to leave it out for a while (I usually do 30 minutes) to fully reset the bios. Otherwise, most motherboards have a jumper on them specifically for resetting the bios. It's down near your USB and system panel header. It's labeled CLRTC and it has a jumper on pins 1 and 2. You move the jumper to pins 2 and 3 for five to ten seconds, then put it back on 1 and 2. We'll start there and see what happens. Make sure when you do it, that you have power disconnected from your PC. Could try reflashing the BIOS too with the flashback feature.
