Question Computer not working after unplugging external cords

I was moving my computer from my old setup to a new one and when i plugged everything back in the ram sticks were showing color along with there not being a display. the cpu cooler is working along with all the fans and gpu colors and fans working. also seems that non of my usb’s are working either

"moving your computer from old setup to new one" means what exactly? You swapped cases? Or what? Need details.
