Computer not working after windows 10 update

Yesterday my computer updated windows 10. It got stuck in a loop; choosing to continue in windows rollback would have it go back to Choose Keyboard.
I tried using a different version, Windows 10 version 4, and while it got me to the desktop it wouldn't connect to the internet and I couldn't access any computer files.
I can't remember what exactly I did, but I know there was an option to choose which windows version to automatically use and u choose windows 10 version 4 in hopes of getting somewhere.
Now when I turn my computer on it starts to load, immediately crashes and reboots. F8 works but there's no Safe Mode option. The only thing I can get to is ASUS UEFI Bios Utility.

You should try to re-install Windows again using this guide:

If you don't have access to the internet after you got to your desktop, there are probably some drivers missing (WLAN?). You should be able to get the correct ones from the support page of your mainboard (or notebook) manufactorer.
