Computer not working, Please help.

I'm having some problems with my PC. I turn on my PC and the start up is wierdly slow. Never been so slow before. When the desktop shows, none of the icons have yet loaded. I wait an hour and only a couple icons have loaded. I try to start Google Chrome, but no page is responding and I can either close Google Chrome or wait. So far the only programme to open and load is TeamSpeak but it is extremely slow. I can't turn off my PC normally, I have to force it to turn off, holding the start button in for a long time. I've tried to reset the bios but didn't work either. All this started after I installed and tried to play GTA V on PC.

remove google chrome and use firefox instead...
check if there is a software running like a hell bacward

Can't open Mozilla Firefox, can't remove because nothing will ever load. I have tried to run a virus check but that's just static at 28% and not finishing... I don't know what hell backward is either.
