Question Computer Not Working

Hey, I vacuum cleaned my computer(without prior research) and now it's dead. I click on the power button and it turns on for like a second and then off. I have no idea what couldnt be working and it's my first time running into this problem. Advice/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

In the process of vacuuming did you accidentally knock something loose? I'd go over all your connections to be sure.

I removed my CPU cooler for the first time since 2012 and i broke the plastic pin that works as a screw, but the cooler along with the heatsink are just like before. I vacuumed the heatsink as well, applied thermal paste to the cpu and to the gpu and placed it back properly. Everything is snug and it sure isn't loose. Has the PC died from the static electricity from the vacuum cleaner?

just because it doesn't look loose. replace the cooler. or find replacement part online.
