[SOLVED] Computer occasionally turns off mid boot?

Built my first PC about two weeks ago and everything has been working great (as far as I can tell) except for one thing. Around 1 out of 3 times I boot with the power button on the case my system will turn off after about 5 seconds. This always happens when it gets to the MSI loading screen. I haven't had any other random shutdowns while gaming or anything else. I've been constantly checking temps and such through CPUID HWMonitor and nothing has gotten too hot either.
Here is my system:
MOBO: MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3200g
GPU: Radeon RX570 8GB
RAM: G.Skill TrydentZ RGB (2x8GB sticks) DDR4 3200
SSD: 500GB Crucial M.2 NVME
HDD: Seagate 2TB
CASE: Fractal Design Focus G
PSU: EVGA 80+ Bronze 600W
FANS: Two intake and two exhaust

Does it also turn off if you run form the integrated gpu? So take the RX 570 out and use motherboard video output.
