check what boot method it is using, possible boot method swapped to legacy/UEFI when you turned it back on
check if there is a boot option called Windows Boot Manager as if hdd formatted as GPT this might be what you want as 1st in boot order.
What is likely to have occurred is because win 10 isn't actually off when you shut it down, it is likely the boot config files have been corrupted when you unplugged it and did the clean. I have seen this before
the above cryptic answer is right, on another PC, download the
Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB, as a boot drive (unless you have it)
change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up repair - this will scan PC and maybe fix this - will ask for logon info
if that doesn't work
change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
