[SOLVED] Computer only boots with a single stick of RAM (MSI Z270 SLI Plus)

Simple as that I tried to put in 2 new sticks of DDR4 but when I try to turn it on the screen won’t appear and the debug LEDs for DRAM and CPU flash on and off one after another. It works fine with my old single RAM stick in it though for some reason. I need the upgrade for more as often my processes spill over into my disk usage and it shoots up to 100 percent making my computer turn into molasses speed wise.

Specs:
CPU: I5 7500
MOBO: MSI Z270 SLU Plus
GPU: EVGA GTX 1050ti
RAM: (Old) 1 8gb crucial (New) 2 8gb Teamforce
PSU: 750 watt 80 plus bronze evga
HDD: 1tb WD Blue
Help please I’m out of ideas, I tried resetting capacitors and switching slots but I don’t know what else to do.

First test, if ram slot or ram module is the problem.
Use single ram module and try to boot with it each ram slot.
Then do the same thing with second ram module.

With faulty ram module your system will not boot (no matter in which slot it is in).
With faulty ram slot your system will not boot, if any ram module is in it.

If ram module is faulty, then get a new one (same model as the other working module) or get a new dual channel ram kit.
If ram slot is faulty, check cpu socket for bent/broken pins.
