Computer only recognizes 4GB of 8GB RAM stick

So it started a while back that I was having major blue screen and crashing problems whenever I was running 2 sticks of 8 GB RAM. My friend had the idea to pull the sticks and test out each one - so I did this. On the first test the computer ran like NEW and so I never bothered changing it again....

Enter now:
I am trying to play the new Division game, but my computer is hitting 100% memory just starting the game up. I came to realize that my computer is only recognizing 4GB of the 8GB DDR3 RAM that I have currently in place.

I have verified this with the BIOS, Comp properties, task manager, and CPU-Z. Here are screen shots:

The RAM stick itself has the following specifications:
Product: F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL
DDR3 - 1600 CL9-9-9-24 1.50v
PC3-12800 4Gx2 Intel XMP Ready

I am not the greatest with this kind of stuff, so I was hoping someone could help before I follow a miscellaneous guide and start modifying BIOS settings. Do I have something wrong via voltage, timing, frequency, or otherwise?

Thanks in advance!

It's a 4GB stick....your model number is (in part) 'D-8' which indicates this is a set of 2 sticks from the 'd' and the package size is 8GB total from the '8' say you got a set of 32GB it would show 'Q-32' for 'Q' = 4 or quad sticks, '32' the total amount of DRAM. the rest of the model number indicates it's DDR3, 1600, CL9, 2 sticks, 8GB total and the model name is Ripjaws 😉

Oh okay, well that makes me feel dumb. I went ahead and tried to run it with both sticks of RAM again so that I could actually get Division to run (8GB RAM total). It worked for a little while and then I started getting BSODs just like I previously had with the same two (2) sticks. So I pulled out the stick that I knew was good and put the untested one in the same slot.

So at this point: I have tested one (1) motherboard slot and both sticks of RAM successfully. When I have two (2) sticks of RAM though utilizing BOTH motherboard slots, it crashes repeatedly.

Is there anything this could be aside from a faulty motherboard memory slot? I also flashed the BIOS to the latest version and still received BSODs with both sticks in.

I gave this a shot. Still getting crashes - I would say they are possibly even more frequent now, but it's hard to say. Regardless, they are still going on. Any other ideas?
