Computer only shows green on monitor

Computer crashed whilst launching game, screen only shows green now. Computer works in safe mode and xbox works fine on same monitor. i have a r9 270x graphics card

My first guess would be broken GPU, but if it work in safe mode that's a little less likely.

Any computers you have access to that you use to try to test the GPU?
