Question Computer only turns on with one RAM!

Okay, so it’s my first time building my own pc, I’ve got a general idea since all my friends are into pc building. Just got my first one done to notice that it will only boot up to bios with one DRAM. If I try both drams in dual memory slots, when I turn on the red CPU led will turn in the ezdebug section. Otherwise it will run perfectly with only one ram. I’ve tried all.. both rams work as I’ve tried one at a time and it will boot to bios, also tried all different combinations.. stressing.. also if it makes any different anytime I go to bios and switch the amount of voltages in the dram (from 1.2v to 1.35v) it wont turn on either and give me a cpu red light on the dbug

Ryzen 7 3700x
Gigabyte 2070 Super
Msi MPG x570 gaming plus
Corsair RGB Pro 16Gb DDR4 3200

What BIOS version are you on? Is your RAM in slot 2 and 4 when you try both sticks?

Yes every time I’ve tried both sticks 2 and 4 is my go to, though I’ve tried legit every combination. Also current bios version is E7C37AMS.A70 if that makes sense? Sorry kinda new to it xD
