[SOLVED] Computer Overheat No solution

Well it is serious its the mother board reaction to heat no fix I tried removing everything scrubbed it with soap and water risk that kind of damage. no solution but three computers that cant be left on over five minutes.

Three computers? Let me guess: You cleaned the thermal paste but didn't reapplied it.

I'm guessing it is either a lack of thermal paste or you don't have any case fans running.
