Computer overheating?

:pt1cable: Hello, i have an Acer aspire 5742G i think. But lets get to the problem. The last few weeks my Aspire has been acting weird. it has rattling sound an replaced HDD. now the new has grinding rattle sound. and i saw that the fan was not cooling the Laptop properly. And the charger sounds weird please help me.

PS. i wonder if i spray compressed air into the fan does it make the motherboard dusty?

PPS. i dont know if this is the right category
