I'm new to building computers and wanted to know if all my parts are compatible with each other. I already know my HSF will require a AM4 upgrade kit but my main concern at this point is if the CPU fan will fit on my motherboard without interfering with any other parts. Thank you.

The build is compatible but unbalanced. You picked out an old gpu from over a generation ago. You also chose a power supply that isn't that great. You picked out a 3 TB harddrive, for what? You didn't include an SSD either. What's your budget and we'll be able to help you out?

I'd like to keep the cost under $1100 for this gaming build and isn't an SSD optional? Also, what determines how good a power supply really is?
