Computer part questions, curious if it would bottleneck

Core i5-4690K Core i7-4790k gonna go with the i5 Frame difference is so low, 5 frames to 10 i7 $339 i5 ($239)

ASUS MAXIMUS VI HERO LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel (Better Motherboard for the price as well as powerful)

GPU (Video Card)
GTX 970 4GB of RAM

RAM
16gbs of Corsair or Kingston

Power Supply
Not Sure I am up for suggestions

Cooling (CPU)
Cooler Master Hyper 212

Operating System
Windows 10

I apologize if anything doesn't make sense, I am new to this I am learning. Please let me know if the specifications will bottleneck I am afraid of investing $1000 and it is not as powerful as I was intending.

Hi, that machine will definitely not bottleneck. Its a very strong system and will perform very, very well.
