I have a fully built PC with everything hooked up except RAM and a GPU that will be here in like 5 days. I know it won't post or anything but would I be able to turn my pc on and make sure the fans and CPU cooler and what not work, and just see it in all its glory, or is this a bad idea and could it even in the slightest chance do any damage to my PC?

Solution
Yes you can and no it should do no damage to any components... Otherwise as you said it simply won't post but the fans, cooler and drives, etc should all power on along with any lighting on components. Hope this helps! :)
