So my Graphics card got fried and i am in the market to buy a new one
I have my eye on this one

My build consists of
OS Windows 7 64 bit
Mother Board Asrock n68c-s ucc
CPU AMD 64x2 Dual core 4200+ 2.20GHz
RAM 4 Gbs DDR2
Is the Graphics card compatible with my system ? Thanks

A Lamtech 550W hope its enough

Yup should be no problem, especially knowing it was able to run a graphics card before.

https://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/EN8800GTHTDP1G/ was my previous card and it didnt exactly fry, it just started flickering leading to blank screen.
My monitor works fine with the onboard card so i guess something isnt working in the Graphics card. could i be wrong?

Yes the old card should be the culprit.
