Hi, I thought I understood computer building, but Ive messed up, and id like some Ideas on what to do with my build.
My Specs:
CPU: AMD FX 8350 Black Edition
Motherboard: MSI 970a-G43
Ram: 2 8 Gb sticks of Ballistix DDR3
GPU: GTX 980 ti SC
Power Supply: CoolerMaster G650M
Fans: Stock Copper tubing AMD CPU cooler. 2 Top fans 120MM. 1 rear Exhaust fan 120MM and a front fan 120MM

My computer runs 100% No matter what I do. Ive tried to set up Speedfand to regulate the speed, but they still run 100% to keep the Temp lower. It warms my room up and I want to start streaming but my PC is too loud and makes a ton of noise that gets picked up by my Blue Yeti.
Id like to switch to Intel but I dont know much about it. Im stuck with the AM3+ and ive hit the max I can upgrade. What do you guys recommend I do to try and fix my problem.
I dont really want to break my bank with liquid cooling. All comments are helpfull, thanks.

update your bios, check to see if your mobo isnt overclocking your CPU (it happened to me, after fixing it temps dropped from 85°C at full load to 65ºC).

Try some cleaning, change the thermal paste.

I cleaned my whole case. I cleaned myt case this morning and I recently applied new thermal paste, so I dont think thats my problem. Here is a SS of my speed fan https://gyazo.com/7cefe03d339f8692bf4e2cd08fd05602 Ill try and Update my Bios.
Update: OMG... My BIOS Versions/Date is American Megatrends Inc. V10.4, 4/10/1015

so you gpu reaches 80'c and theirs no air movement near it, anyway i think you need another intake fan preferably on the right hand side of the case and low to the ground so it forces hot air up and away from the gpu. i think your mother board fan might be actually be disturbing the cross ventilation pathway by pushing its hot air away from the outtake fan and hitting the now uncovered side of the pc

corsair af120 quiet edition is a good one, theres always noctua ones, but they are more expensive...up to you

Sorry, but thats not a CPU fan.

I decided to go with the Hyper 212 Evo, it had the best reviews, and seemed to fit what i want. It will be here Friday, so best of luck. Fingers crossed. ^.^

No problem man, youre just trying to help. 😛 Thank you.
