Computer Password Reset Error

So I'm trying to reset the password for my friends computer and I'm getting a message saying, "An error occurred while the wizard was attempting to set the password for this user account." Can anyone help?

Since we can't verify ownership, you'd need to get support from ms or the pc manufacturer.
