Computer performing really badly

So, today I got my FX-8350 to replace my old FX-6100 and I'm getting really bad test results. Most of you are probably familiar with 3dmark, well here is my scores with an FX-8350 and a GTX 680 2GB http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/2028255 . I'm really getting frustrated since all my games are running on really low FPS, I notice my GPU did a really bad score is there any way to check if it's not fucked up in any way? I hope someone has some answers

Were problems here before you installed new CPU? Try unparking it, and check are clocks on your GPU and CPU are decreasing in CPU-Z OR GPU-Z which might lead to possible bottlenecks.
