Computer possessed by a demon

Ok the computer works fine, weeks without problems...
Sometimes when power up it blinks and fans start for a second then it shuts off
same result if i try after this

If i wait an hour it will power up normaly and work for weeks without problems

Probably a failing power supply.

PSU is new... corsair 500cx
maybe faulty board?

Double check all your power connections. Unplug... then Replug them all. Do this to the header pins as well. Re-seat Memory, CPU, and GPU. It very well could be a loose connection.
