I was attempting to build my own computer, after assembling the parts i attempted to boot the computer, it started and the power went for about 30 seconds then all of the fans started to pulse and the computer shut itself off after a minute. i have a TX750 Corsair supplyinmg me with 750 watts of max power, so i doubt i need more. I am using a GTX 600 graphics card and an Asus Z87-A MotherBoard,
You help would be very much appreciated.

Can you replicate the results with your original PSU too? If so then your CPU is likely damaged.

Checking for CPU damage is either a hit or miss, because it really depends what type of damage is done to it. Overheating damage can be seen with a discoloration of where the thermal paste normally is. Other than that you can check for bent pins. Generally if a CPU is physically damaged your system won't even start, so I don't think that's the issue.

So with the old PSU and the CPU in, everything still pulsed? And did your monitor have a connection when the CPU was removed?

Hmm. Well I can tell you with 95% certainty that it's your CPU (99% if your monitor connects w/o your CPU). You have all the symptoms. Powering on then shutting off...
Shutting off can be caused by many things. The most likely options are a faulty PSU, faulty CPU, or overheating CPU.

Where as you are supplying enough watts, even the best brands of PSUs can be defective. Do you have any others that you could swap in and test?

A damaged CPU has symptoms of the computer turning on for a few seconds then shutting off, while an overheating one will turn on for a bit longer before completely shutting off. Go into your BIOS and monitor the temps to see if overheating is the issue. If so, make sure you applied the thermal paste well and reseat it.

The fans pulsing makes it more likely a PSU issue. Rule out the overheating first before exploring the options of the PSU.

I attempted to use an old Psu I was able to get steady power the power to last but the monitor did not show connection, just for the heck of it i powered off and removed the Proccesser, It started with out pulsing, I don't know what that means but it happens. I don't think the cpu overheating because it's not staying on long enough. Do you know how to check if it is damaged?

Try restarting your computer multiple times (with the cpu in) and see if it connects.
