Computer power supply

So a few days ago i got a new case, graphics card, power supply and everything to build a computer, but after i powered it on i kept hearing this clicking sound that kept going every few seconds, i didnt make a big deal of it untill my computer fully shut off, and then i turned it back on and it turned from a clicking to a static sound thats non-stop, with the clicking still there every few seconds. should i go out to get a new power supply or is it something else??

is this sound coming from the PSU? If answer is yes, then sure. Especially as you just bought it, I think you can return it.
