Computer Power Surge

Hello all,
Recently, my computer has been randomly rebooting. The ASUS anti-surge program pops up, telling me it has protected my computer. I have tried disabling the program, but my computer has rebooted again, so I enabled the anti surge program again just to be safe. Is there any way to pinpoint the problem? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Here are my specs:
CPU: i5 4690K
GPU: GTX 970 SC
MoBo: ASUS Sabertooth Mark 2
PSU: EVGA 750W B2

Crappy power bar or crappy power going to your PC would be the main things to look at, then your mb and psu.

This is most often a PSU problem and normally requires a new PSU.
