computer powers on , no beep

my computer powers on, fan starts spinning ,but there is no boot up , keyboard and mouse do not turn on , and the monitor says no signal . a little help ? I have turned it on and off this has happened before about 2 months ago it turned off and it wouldn't turn on for a month and one day and had the idea to turn it on and it worked . it did not do it again . what do I do ?

give all the specs of that system parts name and model os you use .

Unplug and reseat all power connectors from PSU to mobo, drives, video cards, etc. Also unplug and reseat any add-on cards. While you have the cover off blow out any accumulated dust. Make sure the cord going into the computer is eated correctly and try again.
