computer powers up for 4 seconds and turns off when connected to gpu

hi i just bought a new pc
i5 4690 3.5ghz
ssd
hdd 7200 rpm
asus h81m-c
msi gtx 970
8gb ram 1600
artic alpine 11 rev 2 cooler

and the power supply is seasonic 520wa ii12

Try just one stick of RAM in slot one and the other on it's own afterwards if the issue still occurs, otherwise I guess the PSU is struggling.
