Computer prints 1 page emails in 44 pages...

I have a user with a fairly new computer. Her computer is simply a
clone of about 40 other computers at my work, none of which have this
problem...

She had a DeskJet 5650 and was complaining that when she would print
certain emails ( i could not find a pattern in which ones did and which
ones didnt) would print out in V E R Y large font, making a 1 page
email take up 44 pages to print...

I tried everything and as a last report, bought her a brand new
printer...

Problem still exists...

sha can print ANYTHING else fine, but emails give her this problem...

She used outlook XP...

Im sure it is software related, but I wanted to know if anyone else
experienced this problem before and if you had a solutions.

Change the settings in the Email application to another font. It may be that
the selected font is corrupt. Next make sure that the font size settings in
the email app are reasonable. Perhaps setting them to a different size, then
resetting to the desired size will help.
