Computer problem with turning on

So when i turn on my computer it makes big noice and didnt turn on or if it turns on its working for about 5 mins and then it turns off. Ive tryed to leave it for a few days and its still the same. And sometimes at night when im sleeping it tries to turn on and make that big noice and turns off again. So i usually remove the cabel when im going to bed. I think that i might need to change the freezing ceam for the processor but im not sure. Please help !

Can you describe the noise? Sounds more like the PSU is malfunctioning based on what you have said here.

Probably your power button is shorted. Maybe dust or rust in the button mechanism makes it randomly shorted.
But of course, PSU malfunctioning is more probable.

The noice is beep...3x beeps... 2x beeps... beep...

Sounds like memory problem.
Try taking it off,then place it back on other slot. If there are more than one stick, try swapping them.
If persist, then get a new ram.

Tried to swap the ram but its still the same...
