Computer ran into an error and needs to restart everytime I boot up

Hi! Please read through the whole thread, my problem is different than most others. So basically, when I shut my computer down after doing everything I want, and leaving it closed, When I come back the next morning or even some time later and start the computer, it gives me the 'Your computer ran into an error and needs to restart', then it restarts and everything boots up fine. But it does this everytime. Any idea how to fix this?

You've posted this thread in the Mobile computing section but I'm guessing(from your thread's stylizing) that it's either a laptop or a desktop. If it's a desktop, you didn't include the specs to your build since this is a thread of troubleshooting nature. If it's a laptop then include make and model of your laptop + it's SKU.

CPU: Intel Core i5-2400
Motherboard: idk its the one included with HP Compaq 8200 Elite SFF
Ram: 8GB (one stick is corrupted so 6GB as of now)
SSD/HDD: 512GB
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 550 2GB OC
PSU: idk its the one included with HP Compaq 8200 Elite SFF
Chassis: what even is that xD
OS: Windows 10 Pro
