Computer Random Freezing

Whenever I play games like WoW or SC2 I get these random freezes which last for about 30 seconds it seems like it happens mainly when there's graphic acceleration or a lot is going on. My computer has also been running about since I got Windows 7 about 6 months ago. If Anyone could tell me what could be the problem that would be great heres my dxdiag.

You're graphic card isn't very powerful. It is possible it couldn't support the settings the game is running on.

It even did it on WC3 sometimes so i'm pretty sure it's not the graphics card, I think it's either the processor or hard drive or something else

Like Campolar said "Your graphic card may not be enough."..
You should have at least an 8800-9600 or better plus you might not have enough power in your psu....

Is there any way I can test and see if this is true? I bought a new power supply about a year ago before I had windows 7 because the other one died and I bought that video card about a year ago because my other one died as well...

Did you install additional hardware? They take PSU power too.

And it is very possible that it will be a problem from your graphic card. As you say it only happens when you play games, it could be the GPU heating up or simply not be able to run the game.

Your computer speed depend on other factors too. Windows 7 might work slow if you have less ram, low hdd space, or the like.
