Computer random Freezing

Proc: i5 4440
GPU: Sapphire R7 260x 2gb OC ed
RAM: G Skill Ripjaws 4x2gb
Mobo: Asrock H81M
PSU: Corsair CX600
HDD: 1TB WDC Blue

I built my computer 2 weeks ago and experienced freezing when I play DoTA 2. There will be a buzzing sound in the audio and the computer freezes. It also occurs when playing videos on youtube. And after how many restarts it will not freeze. But it doesn't freeze when I play Diablo 3 and Battlefield 4. I already tried it with Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. Any solutions with this?

Make sure your BIOS is up to date and your RAM clocks are correct.

I had an issue on an Asus motherboard that sounds like this, I'd play League and it would freeze up horribly until I updated the BIOS and fixed the RAM clocks to be 1600mhz (rated) vs 1333mhz (detected).
