I recently overclocked my i5-750 to 3.3GHz (i have not touched anything voltage related) and applied new thermal paste (Arctic MX-2).
While playing some DM on Dust2 in CSGO, my computer bluescreened. I don't know if this is CPU related. I've had Prime95 run for some time and the CPU won't exceed 59°C on 100% load. Is this a good temp for this CPU? What is normal for an overclocked i5-750?

FYI here is my full specs if anyone is interested:
CHASSIE Phanteks Eclipse P300 TG
CPU Intel Core i5-750 @ 3.3GHz
GPU ASUS GTX 660 DirectCU II OC
MEMORY 16GB (4x4GB) Corsair Vengeance LP 1600MHz
MOBO GIGABYTE GA-P55-UD4
PSU Corsair RM650X
COOLING bequiet! pure rock, x5 Corsair LL120 RGB
STORAGE x1 Kingston 120GB SSD, x1 WD Blue 1TB HDD

Well, this seems quite straightforward, you overclocked your CPU without giving anymore juice, which is most likely needed since you BSODED. know that BSOD's are tricky bastards, sometimes you can run prime for a good amount of time and simply BSOD on a game.

Only a long long time of prime running can tell if you're stable, so thats likely it. Either reduce 100mhz and try or increase the voltage and again, try.

59 on prime, tops? that seem pretty cool to me, prime heats stuff up to unrealistic tresholds so...

Yeah well I'm not really good with overclocking so I spent some time looking into some guides and found one that seemed promising without frying my CPU. If lack of juice is the problem, how much should I increase the voltage?
Yeah I had prime95 running for a good 30 minutes and it would not exceed 59°C. Idle temps are somewhere between 30-36°C.

Worth to mention actually I had this issue before overclocking my CPU aswell but it would only bluescreen on one certain occasion and that were when I was playing ROBLOX (more specifically: Phantom Forces). Nothing else would cause my computer to bluescreen, I've played Skyrim maxed out with my CPU overclocked for well over 3 hours straight and my pc would not bluescreen. Same goes for PUBG,Diablo 3, BF4 and many more games.

Here's some CPU-Z screenshots
