Computer randomly crashed out of nowhere?

My sister was watching netflix and it was connected to my second monitor(tv) and out of nowhere she said it made a loud noise and crashed, it was still on with the power but unresponsive. what can that be?

I've never had any problems like that. It never gets hot as I have 2 front fans and a rear exhaust fan. Made sure no wires got in the way with fans.

Hasn't happened it's whole year that it's worked.

Maybe it's a Windows 10 glitch or a process in background that took up space?

Only once ? Most computers will crash every now and than, power fluctuation probably.
