Question Computer randomly crashing and rebooting in middle of session

Ridiculous. I have no idea why. No warning, no error message, no blue screen--just reboots right in the middle of doing whatever but nothing that would necessitate computer just rebooting.

What kind of a session is it?

Doesn't matter if I'm just browsing the net or if have fl studio going, it'll just shut down only to reboot. It happened about 5 times throughout the day yesterday. The computer has more than adequate capabilities to run just about anything smoothly but I don't do anything on here too taxing anyway.
